Self Catering Accommodation
This luxury self catering house offers only one en-suite bedroom with the emphasis on privacy, style, comfort and romance. Lilliput House is already renowned for its personalised attention to detail. This is evident in the beautifully decorated bedroom with luxurious pristine white Percale linen, feather duvet and mohair blankets on an antique bed. The clean monotone palette interior contrasts warmly with the wooden floors which are draped in several Persian carpets while original art works grace the walls.
Temptation and sweet sensations await you in the form of sparkling wine, sherry, Belgian chocolates, home made biscuits, fresh flowers and fruit. Delicious pampering is offered in the lovely bathroom with its slipper bath and stained glass window. Bath sheets, oils, crystals and candles to indulge in.
A wooden deck on the upper level embraces the mountain view and brings the bedroom outdoors. You can simply sit and commune with nature and watch the sunset, or pamper yourself and your loved one in front of a cozy, open fireplace to drive the winter away. The open plan dining and living areas on the ground level open up to a private terrace where you can enjoy unspoiled birdlife in the surrounds of a well maintained garden.
You can feast at the ample in-town restaurants / pubs found only a stroll away, or whip up a banquet in the fully equipped kitchen. A picnic basket is available by arrangement to be enjoyed al fresco under a romantic gazebo.

Clarens is an art village with an almost mythical resonance. Other delicacies in this idyllic surrounding include trout fishing, an 18-hole golf course, horse riding, game viewing, historic explorations (fossil sites, Dinosaur trails, bushmen paintings), tennis and squash courts, river rafting, abseiling, mountain biking, hiking trails, open vehicle safaris into Golden Gate and Qwa-Qwa National Park, numerous art galleries of international standing, shops and restaurants for easy or fine dining.
